Late breaking Abstract Submission is over!

For fellows in training with reduced registration fee,

abstract submission is compulsory.

Please register first before you submit your abstract and note your participant number mentioned on the first confirmation email you receive immediately after your registration.

For abstract submission:

3. 3.Fill out the abstract form according to the instructions and send it to abstracts@wirm.ch
   

After submission:

A confirmation email will be sent after submission.

Around 15th of January 2013 abstract senders will be informed if the abstract has been chosen for a poster or oral presentation.

Should the submitted abstract not be accepted for presentation, the sender will be refunded.

Participant Number:

An automatic confirmation email is sent after a successful registration. This email includes the individual participant number. Abstract forms without participant numbers will not be accepted.

Travel Grants:

10 travel grants of maximum EUR 300.- travel expenses and free registration fee
are given based on the quality of the submitted abstract.

After finalizing the registration, please submit your travel grant documents, which are
one page CV and a publication list of only peer-reviewed articles to Ms. Beate Rückert : abstracts(a)wirm.ch
